I like to think of Spring as a time to re-set. It doesn’t matter if that means cleaning out a cupboard, weeding the garden, a walk in the warm sunshine or enjoying the first salad you’ve had in months!! It’s the opportunity to change things up, look ahead and set a course for happier days.
